Andrews Avenue
port Lauderdale, FL 33309
RE.: Letter of Recommendation - Traffic Engineering and Transportation Consulting Services
Dcar Mr. Kalayci:
Over the last ten years with the City of fort St Lucie Engineering Department, I have had the pleasure of working
with the Keith and Schnars (K &S) traffic engineering and transportation planning staff on the Crosstown parkway
Extension 1'roject and the numerous development reviews completed as part of the K &S Master Contract with the
City.
The work completed by K &S for the City of fort St Lucie encompasses many diverse projects including the
intensive long -term effort on the NEPA permitting of the Crosstown Parkway Extension and the review of traffic
analysis for: several small to mid sire developments, several linger size developments such as a 20 acre Wal -Mart
site, the proposed 7,100 acre Inland fort, and the 9,450 acre southwest annexation area which involves three
separate developers. Many of these reviews included joint reviews and meetings with the City, devcloper(s),
FDOT, and TCRPC, as well ns attendance and participation in City Council meetings.
On all of these projects, whether they are small or the larger more controversial developments, K &S has been
attentive to the project and has provided a consistent and dependable level of service and work product. Not only
arc the K &S staff experts in the area of traffic engineering and transportation issues, but they are also personable
and able to deal with the controversial issues in it very professional and respectful manner.
Because of my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Keith and Schnars, P.A. for professional consultant
traffic engineering and transportation planning services
Sincerely,
Roxanne Chesser, P.E.
Civil Engineer
s:Ai I cttcrs of i c I c, cnccAl; and s.duc
121 S.W.
