<br />coordination, and construction

<br />management for educational,
<br />governmental, institutional,
<br />commercial, industrial, and
<br />residential facilities. Anthony
<br />is also proficient in computer
<br />applications for architecture,
<br />and various computer graphic
<br />programs and spread sheet
<br />application programs. His
<br />experience has involved all
<br />phases of facility development
<br />including code research,
<br />materials specifications,
<br />system research, cost
<br />estimates, specifications,
<br />construction documents, and
<br />shop drawing review.

<br />200,000 square foot convention center
<br />located on a waterfront site in central
<br />Nassau. The center will complement
<br />and support the other resort
<br />components including major hotels for
<br />Sheraton and Wyndham, restaurants,
<br />retail, entertainment, residential,
<br />parking garages, and golf course. The
<br />convention center will include a main
<br />ballroom capable of seating 2,000 for a
<br />variety of functions with a lobby / pre -
<br />function area; exhibition / convention
<br />space capable of being subdivided to
<br />accommodate different size events; a
<br />separate wing of meeting rooms, a full
<br />service kitchen; administrative support
<br />space; loading dock; and storage. The
<br />building used the best sustainable
<br />design principles.

<br />Specifications for the design and
<br />construction document phase for all
<br />facilities associated with a vehicular
<br />tunnel connecting Watson Island to the
<br />Port of Miami (Dodge Island). Facilities
<br />consist of two (2) flood gate enclosures
<br />at tunnel entrances /exits, two (2)
<br />operations buildings with control rooms,
<br />and a vehicle maintenance facility.

<br />Fort Lauderdale, FL. QA /QC
<br />specifications for this new 712,000
<br />square foot courts building will occupy
<br />a 1.55 acre portion of the campus and
<br />will be a 20 story high -rise structure
<br />providing state of the art courtrooms
<br />and office space. The new building
<br />includes 355,000 square feet of
<br />administrative office space for several
<br />government agencies including the
<br />State Attorney, Clerk of Court and Court
<br />Administration, with 74 courtrooms and
<br />hearing rooms.
<br />Lee Tran Administration, Operations,
<br />and Maintenance Facility, Fort Myers,
<br />FL. QA /QC specifications for the design
<br />and construction document phase for
<br />a new $30M LEED registered project on
<br />a 23 acre site for the Lee County's bus
<br />fleet that consists of a 33,000 square
<br />foot administration and operations
<br />building, 45,000 square foot vehicle
<br />maintenance facility, and associated
<br />bus wash and fueling facilities. Parking
<br />will be provided for 132 buses, 90 ADA
<br />passport vehicles, and 296 employee
<br />and visitor parking spaces.
