For 12 years, AECOM has been a partner with the City to create a vibrant and successful public realm. Our desire is to continue that relationship through selection as one of your continuing services consultants in the following disciplines: Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Engineering. We understand the exceptional qualities required under a continuing services contract. That is, being proactive in helping the City of Sunny Isles Beach meet planning, design and engineering challenges while working closely with City staff and the public to provide innovative and cost effective solutions which will enhance and sustain the city's built, natural, and social environments. AECOM will provide value to the City through our successful history of applying innovative solutions. AECOM has experience in securing supplemental funding from various state and federal agencies. Over the years, AECOM has secured millions of dollars in SRF loans and grants. Selecting AECOM, will provide the City with the following advantages: • Performance. Working with the City over the last 12 years, we have successfully completed Heritage Park and Parking Garage, Tony Roma's, and the Government Center all on time and well within budget. • Local Presence and Team. Located in Miami -Dade County, the AECOM team is easily accessible to the City and possible project sites. The majority of team members reside in the County. • Relevant and Local Experience. We are a cohesive and experienced group, having performed the evaluation, design, permitting, and construction oversight on many similar projects (see Section 02). Being based in Miami and having been involved in numerous major local projects for both the public and private sector, AECOM enjoys an excellent relationship with the regulatory approval agencies that will impact this project. There will be no learning curve for AECOM. • Available and Committed Staff. AECOM's key personnel are committed and dedicated to providing the necessary support to assist the City in successfully accomplishing its goals. Principal in ChargerTeam Project Manager, Agustin Barera, and Project Manager, Nina Gladstone, have successfully delivered projects for the City of Sunny Isles Beach, along with other similar contracts within Florida.
