AECOM Technical Services, Inc. is a large professional services company that executes thousands of projects annually. As with any large service company, from time to time, AECOM is involved in claims and litigation. However, we strive to avoid litigation and have a risk management program in place that includes early recognition of situations that might give rise to a claim, open lines of communication and proactive dispute resolution. None of our current litigation could reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on AECOM or its ability to perform under the Contract contemplated by the proposal.
