<br />Partners, Inc., BBM Structural Engineers, Inc., Steven Feller, P.E., P.L., Craven Thompson & Associates,
<br />Inc., ZOM Development - .Plaintiff claims unspecified problems with the building. It is unclear what civil
<br />engineering issues are relevant.' The architect and the entire design team are defendants. Case was
<br />dismissed - March 18, 2013.

<br />and dismissed by the Plaintiff in June 2010. CTA was never served with a summons and was unaware
<br />of the case until a public records search in June 2011. CTA is unaware of any claims against CTA.
