Inc. (CTA) completed the Eastside Master <br />Infrastructure Study for approximately 340 acres within the CRA. east of Davie <br />Road, north of Orange Drive and south of SW 36� Court and west of SW 53,d <br />Avenue. The Master Infrastructure Study provided the basis for infrastructure <br />improvements within the CRA Eastside. Phasing plans were prepared which <br />provided infrastructure in those areas being considered for redevelopment in the <br />foreseeable future. The drainage portion of the Master Study was approved by <br />Central Broward Water Control District. <br />CTA was the civil engineer for the Study of which Phase I of the Study. Phase 1 has been implemented. The <br />drainage improvements were designed along with sanitary sewer and roadway improvements for SW 41st <br />Place. This Phase allows for the redevelopment along SW 41st Place and also provides drainage for parcels <br />along Davie Road as well as an outfall for SW 41s, Street: Phases 2 & 3 are currently under design and <br />permitting. Phase 2 involves the installation of drainage infrastructure within SW 381" Court and SW 60s <br />Terrace to a point of connection with Lake 3. Also required would be the interconnection between Lake 3 and <br />Lake 2 in SW 58m Terrace and the connection from Lake 3 to Central Broward Water Control District Canal N -5 <br />via SW 391" Court to SW 56'^ Avenue to SW 391" Street and SW 55s Avenue to the outfall. The installation of <br />this infrastructure will provide the drainage backbone for a large portion of future redevelopment. Phase 3 <br />involves the installation of drainage infrastructure within SW 63,d Avenue. SW 42 -d Street. SW 41st Court and <br />SW 61�z Avenue to a point of <br />connection with the drainage <br />infrastructure installed in Phase I. <br />This construction will provide <br />drainage infrastructure for the <br />development of a portion of the <br />Downtown Master Plan Area as <br />well the redevelopment of SW 41s' <br />Court. The basic infrastructure <br />work consists of replacement of <br />the existing water distribution - _ 1 _ <br />system and new installation of <br />x <br />sanitary sewer system and storm <br />drainage system.
