Inc. in April 2008. The bridge is listed as Bridge ID No. 878500 on the FDOT system. The
specific work included repairs to concrete spalling and cracks within the bridge structure and the stabilization
of the existing wing walls along the eastern and western faces of the bridge. The Yacht Club Way Bridge
connects East Country Club Drive to Turnberry Way in the City of Aventura. The bridge was initially inspected
by Marlin Engineering Inc. (on behalf of FOOT) and by EAC Consulting Inc. (on behalf of the City of Aventura).
Repairs made were based on the recommendations in these reports. The bridge is part a 4 -lane divided
roadway and spans approximately 77 feet. It is an important link in the City's transportation network as it
provides the only point of access for a major residential area within the City.
CRAVEN
2 1 Page 41
