In addition to the <br />design and permitting of drainage improvements, this project included the design and permitting of <br />2,155 linear feet of 6" diameter watermain. The <br />area has mixed uses of commercial, residential, <br />and industrial as well as a range of right -of -way <br />sizes that all had to be individually evaluated to <br />understand all of the elements that provide the <br />unique character of each roadway. The <br />drainage improvements and conceptual design <br />utilized the 3D Laser Scanning High Definition <br />Surveying as a base for the drainage design as <br />well as to develop three dimensional planning of <br />conceptual streetscape design for NE 5c1 Avenue <br />and NE 34th Court.
