Florida I Principal Landscape Architect - This project is an 8.3 acre <br />commercial development in Coconut Creek. located on the corner of Coconut Creek Parkway and Lyons Road. <br />Strada was planned, and is being developed, as a commercial village with retailers. professional and medical <br />offices. two financial institutions and a hotel. A Site Plan was developed that integrates the needs of the <br />community. the City requirements and the Developer's vision. A unique feature of the plan is the "pedestrian <br />spine" that connects the various uses together and culminates in plazas on both Coconut Creek Parkway and <br />Lyons Road. CTA was also responsible for the Hardscape as well as the Landscape design. <br />New River Trading Post I Fort Lauderdale. Florida I Principal Landscape Architect and Land Planner <br />Landscape. streetscape. irrigation and site plan approval for the New River Trading Post re- development <br />project situated on the New River adjacent to the Performing Arts Center. Comprised of townhomes, retail <br />space and office space. New River Trading Post was the first development to bring a residential opportunity to <br />the Himmarshee Village area in downtown Fort Lauderdale. <br />Avenue Lofts I Fort Lauderdale. Florida I Principal Landscape Architect and Land Planner <br />Landscape. streetscape, irrigation and site plan approval for the Avenue Lofts re- development project. <br />Avenue Lofts was the first residential development within the FAT (Fashion - Arts - Technology) Village on the <br />north edge of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Developed by the visionary. Alan Hooper of The Hooper Company. <br />the area has been transformed from a decaying and vacant warehouse area. to the vibrant FAT Village. This <br />mixed -use loft development set a high standard for the numerous developments that followed this <br />trendsetter. <br />City of Dania Beach Public Services Administration Building I Dania Beach, Florida I Principal Landscape <br />Architect - The Public Services building was a complicated project due to the expansive area of parking for <br />the utility vehicles. The perimeter had to be heavily landscaped to compensate for the paving area and to <br />help screen the facility from the neighboring residential properties. The landscape materials utilized were <br />100% native to provide a positive example to the community on how the City has taken an effort to design <br />with the environment in mind. <br />Bella Vista I Lauderdale Lakes. Florida I Principal Landscape Architect <br />Cost: $130 Million. Mixed -use community. The community will be over 450 luxury residential units. ranging <br />from 700 sq. ft. condominiums to 1.800 sq. ft. townhomes w /private courtyards & garages. Amenities <br />include a 5.000 sq. ft. clubhouse w /fitness center. parry room. indoor racquetball court. a half-court <br />basketball court. a tot lot and an outdoor pool. CTA performed Surveying. Site Planning. Landscape <br />Architecture. Civil Site Design, Permitting and Construction services for this project. <br />The Foundry Lofts I Fort Lauderdale. Florida I Principal Landscape Architect and Land Planner <br />Landscape. streetscape, irrigation and site plan approval for the Foundry Lofts development project. <br />Following the success of Avenue Lofts, The Hooper Company. expanded its portfolio with the striking Foundry <br />Lofts project. <br />The Mills Lofts I Fort Lauderdale.
