Florida 1 Lead Civil Engineer <br />Preparation of Basis of Design Report. Construction Documents. Conducted the storm water modeling study. <br />assisted with design, permitting and construction management for 1.400 acre retrofit infrastructure <br />improvements within unincorporated Broward County. The design and permitting included the following <br />improvements: water distribution, new sanitary sewer, roadway design, storm water quality treatment, storm <br />water attenuation, new storm sewer, landscaping. signage, and sidewalk systems. The project included the <br />design. permitting, bidding and construction consisting of 53 miles of roadway. 181.000 linear feet of storm <br />sewer (including exfiltration trench). 140.618 linear feet of water main, 236.226 linear feet of gravity sanitary <br />sewer, and 80 miles of sidewalk. <br />NE 5m Avenue Streetscapen (from Oakland Park Blvd to NE 38m Street) I Oakland Park. Florida I Project <br />Manager - This 0.6 miles roadway project consisted of reconstruction of a rural two (2) lane section roadway <br />to a two (2) lane urban section roadway. paver intersection and crosswalks, addition of parallel parking stalls. <br />3,000 LF of water main replacement. 2.500 LF of storm drain installation, sidewalks, landscaping and <br />irrigation. lighting and franchise utility service placement underground. The Project design began in July of <br />2009 and was completed in January of 2010 with construction beginning in May 2010 and completed in <br />June 2011. Patrick was the Project Manager responsible for design. permitting. bidding and construction <br />services for the roadway. curb and gutter, sidewalks, drainage and water systems as well as coordinating the <br />electrical inspections of a sub - consultant. <br />Pine Island Road Broward County Right-of-Way I Sunrise. Florida 1 Project Manager <br />This 2.0 mile roadway project consisted of widening the existing roadway from four (4) lanes to six (6) lanes <br />with associated turn lane improvements and intersection expansions. The Project consisted of complete new <br />drainage system. roadway reconstruction. overbuild and mill and resurface, 3,700 LF of 30" water main, <br />lighting, signalization, curb and gutter. landscaping and irrigation. Patrick served as the Project Manager <br />overseeing several Sub - Consultants for the design. permitting, bidding and construction services of the <br />roadway. <br />NW 21n Avenue Broward County Right-of-Way I Oakland Park. Florida I Project Manager <br />This 1.2 mile roadway project consisted of reconstructing the existing three (3) lane rural roadway section <br />(north -south and bi- directional turn lane) to a three (3) lane urban roadway section with medians. expanded <br />intersections and turn lanes. The Project included a 72" Diameter regional storm drain system that will <br />provide flood protection to approximately 500 acres of existing adjacent developments. The 72" storm drain <br />was jacked under the CSX Railroad Tracks and a new outfall was constructed in the C -13 Canal. The work <br />included approximately 5,000 LF of water main installation, curb and gutter. landscaping and irrigation. <br />lighting and signalization. Patrick served as the Project Manager for the Project responsible for the design, <br />permitting, bidding and construction services of multiple disciplines provided by Sub - Consultants and in- <br />house staff. The Project design began in January of 1999 and was completed in April of 2009 with <br />construction beginning <br />NE 38� Street/ NE 34N Court Oakland Park Streetscape I Oakland Park, Florida I Project Manager <br />These two projects involve the design, permitting and bidding of approximately 1.50 miles of roadway <br />improvements on NE 38th Street and NE 34th Court from Andrews Avenue /NE 2 -d Avenue to Dixie Highway. <br />The existing roadways consist of two (2) lane collector rural sections that have been designed to be <br />reconstructed to a two (2) lane urban section with bike lanes, curb and gutter, roundabout, traffic calming, a <br />5.000 LF complete drainage system, 2,500 LF of water main replacement. sidewalks, irrigation. landscaping, <br />lighting and franchise utility relocations. The Project design began in September of 2009 and was completed <br />in January of 2013. Patrick was the Project Manager responsible for design. permitting and upcoming bidding <br />services for the roadway, curb and gutter, sidewalks. drainage and water systems as well as coordinating the <br />electrical inspections of a sub - consultant. <br />CRAVEN THOMPSON & ASSOCIATES.
