LAND SURVEYING SERVICES Providing Surveying services has been, and continues to be, an important portion of CTA's business. Through selection and training of personnel and a program to obtain the best equipment available, we have developed a skilled and technically equipped Surveying Department, capable of conducting almost any type of survey. We are qualified and certified by the State of Florida. Department of Natural Resources, for both horizontal and vertical control for Second Order, accuracy. In addition to conventional boundary topographic and construction surveys, we have the experience to provide the latest in 3D Laser Scanning - High Definition Surveying,_Geodetic Control, - PUSS- RetracerTent-,Hydrographic, Cadastral, Photogrammetric Control, Right-.of-Way and Construction Surveys. We also have personnel and equipment to determine tidal "datum's and water boundary lines and caniprovide expert witness testimony. Through the utilization Wour Global -Position ing- System- 3D,Laser Scanner and total stations with state- of- the/ art data c lolectors,/our survey data can be imported into an AutoCAD environment which can be plottecI6 transferred to our clients via e-mail or on CD /DVD. CTA continues to refine and adapt AutoCAD and GIS to a broad spectrum of uses. CTA's equipment includes the Hydrolite�TM for its portability and Hydrographic survey solutions. We find that the use of this product provides us with4flexibility for getting into areas that require smaller more versatile boats and still provides the accuracy from our Trimble Survey grade receivers. CTA has ben ct` lye gaged in Landscape Architecture ever since, resulting in hundreds of important landscape arciiitectural projects in South Florida. Our Landscape Architects are readily available to provide services to conduct site planning and due diligence studies for the initial conceptual planning stages of a project, as well as the landscape, hardscape. site amenity and irrigation plans for public parks, streetscapes, municipal buildings, and roadways as well as residential and commercial projects.
