Florida I Construction Manager Mr. Shaver was responsible for the construction management of major sections of the South County Neighborhood Improvement Project. The project consisted of twelve construction packages with a total construction cost of approximately $70 million dollars. Improvements included water distribution. sanitary sewer. lift stations, force main, storm water improvements and roadway construction. The project included the design. permitting. bidding and construction consisting of 53 miles of roadway. 181.000 linear feet of storm sewer (including exfiltration trench). 140.618 linear feet of water main. 236.226 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer. and 80 miles of sidewalk. Garden Acres Neighborhood Improvements I Oakland Park. Florida I Construction Manager - Mr. Shaver was responsible for Construction management for the construction of the Garden Acres Neighborhood Improvements. The project consisted of water distribution system, sanitary sewer system. lift station, storm water system and roadway re- construction. Construction cost is $2.95 million. NW 50 Avenue Streetscape Improvements I Oakland Park. Florida I Construction Manager He was responsible for construction management of NW 5th Avenue from Oakland Park Boulevard to NW 38th Street. The project consisted of a water distribution system. a storm water system and roadway re- construction. Bid Pack #3 (Water Main) I Oakland Park. Florida I Construction Manager - Bid Pack #3 area covers approximately 400 acres and is located west of 1 -95. south of Oakland Park Boulevard. The majority of the project is water main replacement with pavement restoration. Mr. Shaver managed the construction engineering services for approximately 12.000 linear feet of water main in the 400 acre area. This includes the replacement of services throughout the mainly residential area and the addition of thirty five (35) fire hydrants to maintain a maximum hydrant spacing of 500 feet in the area. NE 380 Street Streetscape Improvements I Oakland Park. Florida I Construction Manager Mr. Shaver was responsible for construction management for construction of NE 38th Avenue from NE 12th Avenue to Federal Highway. The project consisted of a water distribution system, a storm water system, and roadway re- construction. Construction cost is $3.3 million. Harlem McBride Area Drainage Improvements I Oakland Park. Florida I Construction Manager He was responsible for Construction management for drainage and roadway construction of Harlem McBride area. The project consisted of a water distribution system, a storm water system. and roadway pavement overlay. Construction cost is $500.000. City of Greenacres Municipal Complex I Greenacres. Florida I Construction Manager - He was responsible for Construction Management of the infrastructure for City Hall and Public Works. The project consisted of installation of water distribution, sanitary sewer system. lift station. storm water system and roadway and parking lot. Southport Phase VII and VIII I Broward County. Florida I Construction Manager Mr. Shaver was responsible for construction management of the Port Everglades Southport Container Yard Project. The total construction cost for Phase VII and VIII of approximately $12 million dollars.
