Comtech will not begin work <br />until Iona -lead items are onsite to avoid extended downtime durations for the City. <br />10. Discuss strategies the submitter will implement to ensure the project is kept on budget. <br />During the estimating process, Comtech allocates costs to each subtask required <br />for completion of the project.
