6. Has your company ever been debarred or terminated for default on a government contract? <br />No. <br />7. Identify your debris disposal plan. <br />We will have a dumpster onsite which will be emptied on a regular basis. <br />Any unsuitable soils will be properly disposed of at a legal disposal site. <br />8. Firm must list any exceptions taken to the terms and condition in this ITB. <br />N/A <br />9. Discuss what strategies the submitter will utilize to keep this project on schedule, considering <br />long lead-times on fabrication. <br />Some of the equipment specified under this project, such as the pumps and <br />generators, have lead times of approximately 1 year. Comtech will not begin work <br />until Iona -lead items are onsite to avoid extended downtime durations for the City. <br />10. Discuss strategies the submitter will implement to ensure the project is kept on budget. <br />During the estimating process, Comtech allocates costs to each subtask required <br />for completion of the project.
