Never Contract With The Enemy (2 CFR Part 183): Applicability: only to grant and cooperative <br />agreements in excess of $50,000 performed outside of the United States, Including U.S. <br />territories and are in support of a contingency operation in which members of the Armed Forces <br />are actively engaged in hostilities.
