The City hereby elects to <br />exercise its second option to renew the Agreement for one-year as set forth in Section 4 of the <br />Agreement. The aforementioned renewal term shall commence on July 30, 2023, and shall expire on <br />July 29, 2024. There shall be two additional one-year renewal terms remaining. <br />Section 5 of the original Agreement between the parties is hereby amended to include additional <br />compensation for the one-year renewal term in an amount not to exceed $49,992.30. Section 5 of the <br />Agreement is further amended to provide for $10,000.00 in contingency for additional services, should <br />additional services be needed. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 001-5-5720-44603-15000. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Item Number: 10.E <br />
