They are <br />currently being bonded by Berkley Insurance Company a Best's Rated, Treasury A+ (Superior) and a <br />financial size of XV and is authorized to do business in the State of Florida. <br />Based upon normal and standard underwriting criteria at the time of the request, we should be in a <br />position to provide Performance and Payment Bonds for projects in the $20,000,000 single size <br />range and $40,000,000 in the aggregate. It must be understood; however, that we reserve the right <br />to review all contractual documents prior to final commitment to issue any bonds. <br />Comtech Engineering, Inc. is an excellent contractor and we hold them in high regard.
