COMTECH <br />engineering , inc. <br />Section 4 — Approach / Methodology <br />Comtech's approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation will be <br />finalized and detailed during the submittal phase of the process. A detailed construction <br />schedule will be furnished showing the sequence of events and associated durations. <br />Comtech's team has worked on many similar projects and has the expertise and knowledge to <br />stay organized, within budget and on schedule. <br />Comtech will provide an Emergency Response Plan as required. Comtech personnel will be <br />available to mobilize immediately after an emergency. <br />To reduce the downtime duration of the pumping station, construction will not commence until <br />long lead items, such as the generator and pumps, are onsite. <br />The Manufacturer warranties will be as required per the Contract. <br />Comtech's team is familiar with the internal quality assurance and quality control programs.
