<br />® Client: City of Miami Beach: Implemented the City's BODR and designed the planned
<br />improvements, including character landscaping, streetscapes, parking, lighting, ADA ac-
<br />0 cess and waterline replacement for more than eight miles of urban, neighborhood corri-
<br />® dors.
<br />® Hickory Point Recreational Facilities, Tavares, FL
<br />® Landscape Architect
<br />Client: Lake County Water Authority: The project consisted of the site design of a wa-
<br />® terfront park that included marinas, boat ramps, wetland educational boardwalks, envi-
<br />® ronmental signage, fishing stations and a communal pavilion.
<br />® Kane Concourse Beautification, Bay Harbor Islands, FL

<br />Client: Town of Bay Harbor Islands: Developed streetscape improvements for the
<br />• town's business district, including specialty paving, street furnishings, wayfinding, land-
<br />0 scape planting and irrigation, with particular attention to maintaining the existing Miami
<br />® Modern architectural quality as a branding element of the corridor.

<br />Client: Memorial Healthcare System: Prepared the site and landscape design for a re-
<br />0 storative garden with a playground area specifically for the use by children users of the
<br />® Joe DiMaggio facility.
<br />® Gator Run Park, Weston, FL
<br />• Client: City of Weston: Passive park design for a S -acre community park including light-
<br />0 ing improvements, continuous walking paths, children's play equipment, planting and ir-
<br />rigation design. The design provided a butterfly garden and shade structures in proximi-
<br />® ty to and to build strong connections with the adjacent elementary school.
<br />® Deering Estate at Old Cutler, Palmetto Bay, FL
<br />® Client: Miami -Dade County Park and Recreation Department: Historical restoration
<br />® and landscape design to repair the damaged areas of the estate following Hurricane An-
<br />drews devastation of the property, including detailed archaeological planting design, hab-
<br />itat restoration and planting design for a new visitors' facility.

<br />® Client: City of Marathon: Park master plan and design for the creation of a beach -front
<br />® park with dune access, volleyball courts, playgrounds, beach amenities, dune and turtle
