His experience has encompassed <br />a wide array of project -types, and his strengths lie in park design, streetscapes and urban <br />interventions, and form -based urban designs and planning strategies. <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Beachwalk Master Plan, Surfside, FL <br />Project Manager, Lead Designer <br />Client: Town of Surfside: Master plan of a 1 -mile linear park that connects all street -end <br />plaza components with access to the beach, including dune and turtle habitat restoration, <br />branding sculptures, salt - tolerant character plantings, and specialty paving design. <br />92nd Street Park, Bay Harbor Islands, FL <br />Project Manager, Lead Designer <br />Client: Town of Bay Harbor Islands: Site design and landscape design of a 2 -acre urban <br />community passive parkwith a dog run area, Flexible open space, branded planting design, <br />urban plaza and furnishings. <br />Peace Mound Park, Weston, FL <br />Lead Designer <br />Client: City of Weston: Developed a design for a waterfront passive park that celebrates <br />the existence of an archaeological Tequesta Indian burial mound. The design sought to <br />reflect the presence of the burial mound with elements abstracted from the Tequesta way <br />of life and belief. <br />Dora] Boulevard Beautification Master Plan, Doral, FL <br />Project Manager, Lead Designer, Workshop Facilitator <br />Client: City of Doral: Streetscape and urban design fora 4 -mile stretch of Doral Boulevard, <br />creating planning zones, access management design recommendations, signage and <br />gateway features, stipulating architectural relationships to improved sidewalk design and <br />parking design recommendations. <br />Miami Gardens Town Center, Miami Gardens, FL <br />Project Manager, Lead Designer, Workshop Facilitator <br />Client: City of Miami Gardens: Developed and TOD and Town Center design for over 100 <br />acres of derelict and underutilized urban contiguous areas in preparation for the mass - <br />transit MetroRail expansion and its new station scheduled at the site. The project <br />consisted on the development of planning and design standards and ordinances that <br />allowed for balanced densities to supportthe public transit system and a new commercially <br />viable, walkable community. <br />
