PROJECT TEAM Proposed Design Team Each of the professionals selected to serve on this contract have specific design experience with parks and park improvement projects. WA will provide architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil engineering services and our consultants, Bliss & Nyitray will provide structural engineering services and Savino Miller Design Studio will be the landscape architect who is the landscape architect for master planning on the Sunny Isles Beach Park. Based on the design team's substantial related experience with public /civic projects and working together for more than ten years, our management structure has been specifically tailored to provide the communication, expertise, administrative and technical capabilities and the talent necessary to effectively address all of the critical areas identified in the scope of services, while ensuring Flexibility to efficiently address and execute the project. Key Personnel The project team's organization and proposed project management structure relies heavily upon the current and direct experience of the team's senior staff in their assigned responsibilities. Each team member will be individually and collectively responsible for the quality of work performed and the communication of critical project goals and milestones. The resources of the team brings the expertise and depth of resources required to successfully deliver projects under this contract on time and on budget. The team will be organized beginning with the Principal -in- Charge (PIC), Julio E. Alvarez, PE, who will direct the overall effort of the team, and will be responsible for allocating personnel, financial and production resources necessary to execute the work plan and accomplish the project's goals and objectives. The PIC, working closely with the Project Manager, will monitor the project's progress to ensure CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH RFO No. 14 -07 -02 Zy WOLFBERG ALVAREZ & PARTNERS adherence to contractual terms and conduct periodic audits of schedule and technical performance of all in -house personnel as well as outside consultants. As Project Manager, Marcel Morlote will be the point of contact for the City, as well as all other entities and agencies. He has 32 years of project management experience and has served in a project manager role on more than 30 projects within the State of Florida. With the support and assistance of the consultants Engineering Coordinator, he will be responsible for assigning resources of the Team to the various work tasks, and maintaining regular communication as to the progress of the work with the City. Village of Palmetto Bay Park and Community Center The project manager will oversee the overall planning, design and production effort, and will monitor project schedule and identify problems/ issues needing to be resolved in a timely manner. Mr. Morlote will establish and implement the Team's quality assurance process, and will be responsible for scheduling internal project reviews of all submittals before they are delivered to the client.
