Aqua at Allison Island (Condominiums) Currently, we are joint defendants with the developer, Dacra, and the contractors, Turner Construction and Coastal Construction on a residential condominium known as AQUA Condominiums. The plaintiffs are the condominium associations for each building in the development. The actions were filed from July 2009 to April 2010 in the Circuit Court of the 11th Judicial Circuit in and for Miami -Dade County. The associations have alleged that WA was negligent in several areas. However, the vast majority of the alle- gations are either construction - related or developer responsibility. Moon Bay (Condominiums) Currently, we are joint defendants with the develop- er, Gilcar, LLC and the contractor, Design Manage- ment and Builders Corporation on action filed by the plaintiff, Angel Morales, owner of a unit in the Moon Bay Condominium development. The plaintiff alleges that the pool equipment generates excessive noise and that it migrates into his apartment. WA has re- quested for Summary Judgment as the pool equip- ment was procured via design /build and not speci- fied by us. The action was filed August, 2010 in the Circuit Court of the 11th Judicial Circuit in and for Miami -Dade County.
