The project was delivered on -time and note penny over the 56,000,000 budget. <br />Not to mention that your team was successful in obtaining LEED Gold certification even <br />though the firm of Wolfberg Alvarez & Partners was only contractually obligated to <br />LEED Silver. Kudos! Phase two of the project came about through new administration <br />and WA was then tasked with providing additional space and construction to house the <br />city's new police facility as well. That added additional square footage to the building <br />bringing the project to 46,000 SF. <br />Your team worked very closely with the city and guided us smoothly through the <br />complex project when it changed direction. RFIs and submittal reviews where handled in <br />a timely manner, your team was very responsive and always made themselves available <br />to address the City's needs. <br />The cooperation and collaboration that WA brought to the project was greatly <br />appreciated. The result was a successful project that has met the demands of multiple <br />users and everyone involved.
