g. Enterprise Agreements: The Contractor shall honor any Volume or Enterprise Page 3 of 15 <br />Agreement(s) established between a State of Florida agency and the manufacturer of <br />products or services offered under their Master Agreement. <br />h. Purchase Orders: Customers shall issue purchase orders under this Participating <br />Addendum to their awarded RFQ Contractor using this State of Florida ACS number <br />43230000-NASPO-16-ACS. The purchase order period survives the expiration of the <br />Contract. The duration of purchase orders must not exceed the expiration of the Contract <br />by more than 12 months. <br />I. Contractor Selection Justification Form: Customers purchasing Cloud Solutions from this <br />Participating Addendum shall attach to the purchase order a completed Contractor <br />Selection Justification Form (Attachment A). <br />4. Warranty of Authority <br />Each person signing this document warrants that he or she is duly authorized to do so and to <br />bind the respective party. <br />5. Entire Agreement of the Parties <br />This document and the attached exhibits constitute the Participating Addendum and the entire <br />understanding of the parties. <br />6. Amendments <br />All modifications to this Participating Addendum must be in writing and signed by all Parties. <br />No oral modifications to this Participating Addendum are permitted. <br />Notwithstanding the order listed in section 3b, amendments executed after the Participating <br />Addendum is executed may expressly change the provisions of the Participating Addendum.
