i) Perform a visual <br />inspection of the illumination <br />pattern for correctness. <br />j) Check light bulbs and <br />Ballasts <br />k) Fix and or report any damage <br />skirts. <br />1) Removal and report of graffiti. <br />m) check the controls for each <br />section of lighting, either Photo <br />cell ortimeclocks and the service <br />disconnects, fused disconnect or <br />circuit breaker enclosure for <br />each section of lighting <br />The Contractor shall also supply and install all items necessary to ensure proper functioning of <br />the Lighting System, including photocell(s), ground wire to be made to the ground lug in the <br />pole base as shown on the electrical diagram, inline fuses and holders, non -delay fuses 5 —10 <br />amp time delay 300 volt or 600 capacity for each pole accordingly, and appropriate connectors, <br />miscellaneous wiring and appurtenant items. <br />UTILITY LOCATIONS: <br />It is the Contractor's responsibility to call for and coordinate all Electrical Utility markings with <br />Sunshine State One Call. <br />VOLTAGE: <br />The Contractor shall verify the appropriate voltage of the work to be performed on site. <br />TRENCH RESTORATION AND COMPACTING: <br />Trench restoration, compacting, and pavement restoration shall be done by the Contractor, per <br />City standards and the FDOT Construction Standards. <br />The Contractor shall immediately report street light outages and/or disruptions found requiring <br />repairs and perform minor work, including but not limited to adjusting or replacing luminaries, <br />lamps, parabolic lenses, replacing fuses, and photocells. All lighting outages shall be attended to <br />within 48 hours of being reported by the Public Works -Operations. <br />The Contractor must maintain at a minimum 90% of the lights working as per Contractor nightly <br />inspection and the Public Works -Operations staff. <br />Perform repairs reported by the patrol crews or directed by Public Works -Operations every <br />Monday through Friday. <br />rrYM• <br />s. <br />
