PUBLIC NOTICE <br />MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING <br />WITH SITE-VISIT <br />INVITATION TO BID # 24-01-01 CARPET & <br />FLOOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br />DATE: Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 9:00 AM <br />WHERE: City of Sunny Isles Beach, Government Center, 18070 Collins <br />Avenue Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, 1st Floor Conference Room. <br />PURPOSE: A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all potential bidders is <br />scheduled for Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 9:00 AM in the First Floor <br />Conference Room at the City of Sunny Isles Beach Government Center <br />located at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160. Bids will <br />not be accepted from bidders who did not attend the Pre-Bid Conference. <br />Interested bidders MUST participate in a mandatory tour of the facilities to be <br />serviced, please allow 2-3 hours for this tour. <br />In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, all persons who are <br />disabled and who need special accommodations to participate in any meeting <br />because of that disability should contact the Office of the City Clerk at <br />305.792.1703 no later than 48 hours prior to the proceeding.
