off -Collins walking path, with an expanded, 10 foot wide sidewalk along Collins Avenue across the <br />entire length of the park. <br />To alleviate concerns expressed regarding parking and restrooms, the design includes monitored <br />restrooms and minimal parking necessary for the courts. These will be closed and locked outside of <br />operating hours and cannot be used for beach parking. <br />This revised plan before you for approval takes into consideration the original intent approved in April <br />of 2022, the research of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan, and the additional concerns that were <br />expressed during this design process.
