Provisions for resolution of disputes, breaches, or other litigation. <br /> <br />FDOT – FTA Master Agreement FY2020 at Section 39(b)(1)-(2). <br /> <br />Applicability – All contracts <br /> <br />If a current or prospective legal matter that may affect the Federal <br />Government emerges, the Contractor must promptly notify the FDOT.
