23. Trafficking in Persons. <br /> <br />FDOT - Section 106(g) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (TVPA), <br />as amended, 22 U.S.C. § 7104(g); FTA Master Agreement FY 2020 at Section <br />4(f) <br /> <br />Applicability - All contracts <br /> <br />Contractor agrees that it and its employees that participate in the Contract, <br />may not: Engage in severe forms of trafficking in persons during the <br />period of time that the Contract is in effect, Procure a commercial sex act <br />during the period of time that the Contract is in effect, or Use forced labor <br />in the performance of the Contract or subagreements thereunder. <br />Violation of this provision provides FDOT the right to unilaterally terminate <br />the Contract. <br /> <br />Flow Down Requirements – This requirement flows down to all subcontracts at <br />every tier. <br /> <br />24. Federal Tax Liability and Recent Felony Convictions. <br /> <br />FDOT - 2019 Pub. L 116-6; FTA Master Agreement FY 2020 at Section 4(g), DOT <br />Order 4200.6. <br /> <br />Applicability - All contracts <br /> <br />By submitting a bid or otherwise attempting to enter into a contract with the <br />FDOT, the undersigned Contractor certifies that it: <br /> <br />(A) Does not have any unpaid Federal tax liability that has been assessed, <br />for which all judicial and administrative remedies have been exhausted or <br />have lapsed, and that is not being paid in a timely manner pursuant to an <br />agreement with the FDOT responsible for collecting the tax liability; and <br /> <br />(B) Was not convicted of the felony criminal violation under any Federal <br />law within the preceding 24 months. <br /> <br />Flow Down Requirements – This requirement flows down to all subcontracts at <br />every tier <br /> <br />25.
