Safe Operation of Motor Vehicles. The Contractor is encouraged to adopt and <br />promote on-the-job seat belt use policies and programs for its employees and <br />other personnel that operate company-owned vehicles, company rented <br />vehicles, or personally operated vehicles. The terms “company owned” and <br />“company-leased” refer to vehicles owned or leased either by the Contractor or <br />FDOT. <br /> <br />The Contractor agrees to adopt and enforce workplace safety policies to <br />decrease crashes caused by distracted drivers, including policies to ban text <br />messaging while using an electronic device supplied by an employer, and <br />driving a vehicle the driver owns or rents, a vehicle Contactor owns, leases, or <br />rents, or a privately-owned vehicle when on official business in connection with <br />the work performed under this agreement. <br /> <br />Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Identification Number. The <br />municipal project sponsor is required to identify in its accounts all Federal <br />awards received and expended, and the Federal programs under which they were <br />received. Federal program and award identification shall include, as applicable, <br />the CFDA title and number, award number and year, name of the Federal <br />agency, and name of the pass through entity. <br /> <br />CFDA number for the Federal Transportation Administration. Nonurbanized <br />Area Formula (Section 5311) is 20.509. A Recipient covered by the Single Audit <br />Act Amendments of 1996 and OMB Circular A-133, “Audits of States, Local <br />Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations,” (replaced with 2 CFR Part <br />200,“Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit <br />Requirements for Federal Awards” effective December 26, 2014 as <br />applicable) agrees to separately identify the expenditures for Federal awards <br />under the Recovery Act on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards <br />(SEFA) and the Data Collection Form (SF-SAC) required by OMB Circular A- <br />133.
