technology with a complete turnkey program for supplying, installing, powering and maintaining <br />the cameras and all other components. The system shall also include a computer system capable <br />of performing all of the tasks required for the Project Scope of Services. The Project Scope of <br />Services are described with more particularity in Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated by reference herein. Exhibit A includes certain pages included within the <br />Scope of Work and Specifications of RFP #17-29DD. Exhibit A also includes the Scope of <br />Work as drafted by CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR covenants to strictly comply with <br />Exhibit A and to provide all of the equipment, services and deliverables as identified within <br />Exhibit A. CONTRACTOR covenants that the red light camera enforcement system shall meet <br />all of the requirements identified in Part V of the Scope of Work and Specifications of RFP #17- <br />29DD and included within Exhibit A. The parties hereby agree to the following modifications <br />and additions to Exhibit A. CONTRACTOR shall store images and video evidence for red light <br />camera violations for a minimum of thirty (30) days, but in all instances in accordance with <br />Florida Public Records laws. CONTRACTOR covenants to print and mail notices as required by <br />the Director. CONTRACTOR covenants to use a local Sarasota drop box address or local <br />Sarasota return post office box address within twelve (12) months of the effective date of this <br />Agreement. CONTRACTOR covenants that the live monitoring and recording of video by a <br />Smart phone or tablet shall be made available to multiple users as determined by the Director. <br />CONTRACTOR covenants that notices to violators will be provided as instructed by the <br />Director or utilizing information relating to the hearing schedules as provided by the Director. <br />CONTRACTOR covenants that the red light cameras and capture storage devices shall be hard <br />wired at each location. Notwithstanding any reference to a License Plate Reader (LPR) system <br />in any of the attachments to this Agreement or in any RFP documents or response thereto, the <br />2 <br />
