The system shall also include a computer system capable of performing all of the tasks required for the Project Scope of Services. The Project Scope of Services are described with more particularity in Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. Exhibit A includes certain pages included within the Scope of Work and Specifications of RFP #17-29DD. Exhibit A also includes the Scope of Work as drafted by CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR covenants to strictly comply with Exhibit A and to provide all of the equipment, services and deliverables as identified within Exhibit A. CONTRACTOR covenants that the red light camera enforcement system shall meet all of the requirements identified in Part V of the Scope of Work and Specifications of RFP #17- 29DD and included within Exhibit A. The parties hereby agree to the following modifications and additions to Exhibit A. CONTRACTOR shall store images and video evidence for red light camera violations for a minimum of thirty (30) days, but in all instances in accordance with Florida Public Records laws. CONTRACTOR covenants to print and mail notices as required by the Director. CONTRACTOR covenants to use a local Sarasota drop box address or local Sarasota return post office box address within twelve (12) months of the effective date of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR covenants that the live monitoring and recording of video by a Smart phone or tablet shall be made available to multiple users as determined by the Director. CONTRACTOR covenants that notices to violators will be provided as instructed by the Director or utilizing information relating to the hearing schedules as provided by the Director. CONTRACTOR covenants that the red light cameras and capture storage devices shall be hard wired at each location.
