11 11 - <br />VIDIV <br />LDJU <br />I_ s ,___CJ__e..- <br />Technical and Functional Requirements <br />The Contractor shall provide and install all equipment including, but not limited to, poles, cabinets and related <br />operational equipment, at no cost to the City, at the selected intersection(s) selected by the City. <br />Please respond to the technical requirements as detailed in this section of the RFP by checking off "YES" <br />where your firm meets or exceeds requirement, function or capability of the Contractor's current product <br />offering, and check off "NO" where your firm does not meet the requirement, function of have the capability <br />to perform. If you have any variance(s) to the listed requirement, function or capability, please check off <br />"MR" Modified Requirement, explaining how, why, what the variance is, how you expect to meet the <br />requirements stated. For all "MR" responses, please provide all details on an attached document with <br />the question, explaining your response. Many general requirements below are not a YES or NO <br />answer, but need a response on how your system/product will work. Please provide these details also <br />on an attached document. <br />General Requirements <br />YE'S <br />NO <br />. <br />5.1.1 Provide a list, with photos and dimensions of all major equipment <br />(cameras, flash or lighting units, cabinets [including generally what <br />the cabinets contain], what will be installed at a two-lane intersection <br />up to five lane intersection that may require both left and right turn <br />monitoring. Systems should not require additional cabinetry aside from that <br />which houses the cameras. All systems muss ¢e non -.intrusive to roadway or <br />transportation signal cabinetry. <br />5.1.2 Use of a high quality digital camera or video system with an <br />output of at least 720 x 480 pixels per image is required. Contractor <br />should detail the image quality specifications and provide real sets of <br />infraction image examples captured in daytime, nighttime, during <br />inclement weather, and during times where sunlight is pointing in the <br />direction of the camera. <br />5.1.3 The camera or video system should be capable of viewing and/or <br />recording live via a smart phone and computer at the police department <br />5.1.3 a Have the capability of utilizing "LPR" license plate recognition while <br />simultaneously capturing red light violations. <br />e g n orcemen o ftX I lit A pens . 1 . . <br />
