5.4.4 The Contractor should ensure the images and data are maintained <br />in a secure environment and are not altered. Please describe how this is <br />accomplished? <br />5.4.5 At the request of the City the Contractor shall provide, at no cost, a <br />qualified expert witness who is knowledgeable on the theory, operation and <br />functional capabilities of the automated camera red light camera traffic <br />enforcements stem. <br />5.5 Maintenance. Sugnort and Training <br />5.5.1 All maintenance of camera, video, sensors, computer and related <br />equipment shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. This shall include <br />provisions of electricity or other sources of power to the equipment at <br />Contractor's expense. <br />5.5.2 Describe the proposed standard process for how often the camera <br />or video systems will be visited for maintenance and inspection. <br />Explain what occurs during a maintenance and inspection visit. <br />5.5.3 The Contractor should be responsible for the maintenance, repair <br />and replacement of all photo traffic enforcement equipment <br />provided under this contract. Photo equipment enforcement <br />equipment maintenance should be performed in accordance with <br />the maintenance program agreed upon by the Contractor and the <br />City. <br />5.5.4 The Contractor should repair or replace photo traffic enforcement <br />equipment that is malfunctioning within seventy-two (72) hours <br />of the malfunction. Damaged or vandalized equipment should be <br />repaired or replaced within Seventy-two (72) hours of the <br />occurrence of the damage or vandalism. The Contractor should <br />determine whether malfunctioning, damaged or vandalized <br />equipment would be repaired or replaced. <br />5.5.5 The Contractor should replace photo traffic enforcement equipment <br />that has been stolen or otherwise removed within seven (7) days of <br />the removal. <br />17-29 Red Light Enforcement 101 of 105 Exhibit A Opens Ill/2017 at 2:30 P.M. <br />
