The contract will piggyback the City of <br />Sarasota acquired via RFP 17-29DD. The term for this agreement will be for thirty-nine (39) month: <br />beginning on the day of the first issued citation and can be extended for an additional five (5), one- <br />year renewals. Of particular interest is the ability of the City to terminate the agreement without any <br />financial liability to the vendor after the first 12 months of the agreement. The monthly fees are as <br />follows: <br /># of Cameras (flat fee per approach) <br />1 to 5- $3,900 <br />6 to 10- $3,800 <br />11 to 20 or more- $3,500 <br />After conducting a traffic study with the vendor, we are looking to install cameras at the following <br />approaches initially: <br />183rd Street and Collins Northbound <br />183rd Street and Collins Southbound <br />Item Number: 10.13 <br />72 <br />
