A recent planning analysis of the <br />comprehensive plan and land development code recommended various tasks to mitigate <br />identified discrepancies between the two documents. The conceptual scope of work below <br />estimates a proposed project path for accomplishing these tasks ("Project"). The Project will <br />be undertaken by our subconsultant, Complete Cities Planning Group, LLC, which specializes <br />in this area of expertise. <br />Purpose <br />The purpose of the scope of work below is to mitigate identified discrepancies <br />between the comprehensive plan and land development regulations as well as to craft a <br />redevelopment vision for the west side of Collins Avenue where there is the most remaining <br />redevelopment potential.
