BEA Architects, Inc. is a qualified consultant that has extensivE <br />experience in this subject matter. The Consultant has agreed to provide these services in an amount <br />not to exceed $263,609.88. <br />Pursuant to the provisions contained in the Continuing Services Agreement between the City of Sunni <br />Isles Beach ("City") and BEA Architects, Inc. ("Consultant") for Professional Architectural Servic( <br />pursuant to Request for Qualifications No. 20-07-01 and via Resolution No. 2021-3177, authorizes the <br />Consultant to provide such services. <br />Procurement Process: <br />Pursuant to Florida Statutes, architectural and engineering firms must be procured via Consultants' <br />Competitive Negotiation Act, FL Stat § 287.055. In line with Resolution 2021-3177, four architectura <br />firms were awarded a continuing services contract on an as -needed basis based on their <br />responsiveness and qualifications. <br />A "continuing contract" is a contract for professional services entered into in accordance with all the <br />Item Number: 10.M <br />328 <br />
