at any city facility. The successful proposer shall be required to coordinate the criminal <br />background checks through the City by contacting Human Resources at 305-792-1708. The cost <br />of the fingerprints is $62.00 per person. <br /> <br />2.13 MONTHLY INVOICES PAYMENTS <br />Vendor shall submit by the 10th day of the following month vendor's completed Invoice for <br />services rendered. Should the 10th fall on a weekend or holiday, Contractor shall submit his <br />invoice on the next workday. <br /> <br />Vendor is advised that processing of invoices must follow this schedule. A late Statement of <br />Services may be paid in the next month’s billing cycle. Payment will be made by the City after <br />services have been received and accepted. These invoices shall be submitted to the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach, ATTN: Accounts Payable, 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 or <br />AccountsPayable@sibfl.net. All documentation shall reference the appropriate Contract number, <br />the type of Service(s) provided, and the dates or period that the Services were provided in the <br />prior 30 days. <br /> <br />2.14 COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL STANDARDS <br />All items to be purchased and utilized in the performance of this contract shall be in <br />accordance with all governmental standards, to include, but not be limited to, those issued <br />by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the National Institute of <br />Occupational Safety Hazards (NIOSH), and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). <br /> <br />2.15 EXCEPTIONS <br />Contractor is advised that if it wishes to take exception to any of the terms contained in this Bid, <br />it must identify the term and the exception in its response to the Bid.
