The purpose of this meeting is to: <br />Define communication channels (Who do I call for……...?) <br />Identify individual roles and responsibilities <br />Establish standardized inspection report <br />Identify specific needs and requirements of Client <br />Determine SFM evaluation criteria <br />Cultural integration (safety, management) <br />Establish invoicing structure <br />Identify storage areas <br />Identify uniform requirements <br />III.
