EQUIPMENT LIST <br />SFM has a comprehensive maintenance <br />program in place to ensure that its fleet and <br />equipment are well-maintained and functioning <br />optimally. To achieve this, SFM employs a team <br />of three full-time mechanics who are dedicated <br />to overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of <br />the fleet and equipment. Their primary <br />responsibility is to ensure that all equipment is <br />in top condition, minimizing downtime and <br />maximizing operational effectiveness. <br />In order to ensure that equipment and <br />machinery are replaced in a timely manner, SFM <br />has implemented a policy under which <br />equipment is replaced once it has expired its life <br />expectancy. This ensures that SFM's operations <br />are not hindered by outdated or malfunctioning <br />equipment. By implementing this policy, SFM <br />able to maximize the lifespan and performance <br />of its equipment, leading to increased efficiency <br />and productivity. <br />In addition to maintenance, SFM has a robust <br />warehouse system in place to store a large <br />inventory of janitorial equipment and supplies. <br />This facility spans over 20,000 square feet, <br />providing ample space to store all the necessary <br />materials required for thesmooth operation of <br />SFM's services. <br />By maintaining a large inventory of janitorial <br />equipment and supplies, SFM ensures that its <br />operations are not disrupted due to equipment <br />breakdown or supply shortages.
