Our dedicated team of experienced <br />professionals use the latest techniques and equipment to deliver exceptional results. <br />Below is an example of SFM’s five-step process to restore Terrazzo and Marbel floors. <br />Terrazzo & Marble Restoration <br />1.Stripping <br />In this process waxes, sealer, and residue are removed. <br />2.Repair <br />The repair process includes filling in chips, nail holes, smooth and remove stains from the <br />surface. <br />3.Grinding <br />The grinding process proceeds with a series of increasingly fine diamonds until the floor is <br />smooth and free of virtually all surface imperfections. <br />4.Polishing <br />Acid powder is distributed across the floor, which is then mixed with water and polished by a <br />specialized machine. This method effectively ingrains the polish onto the surface of the terrazzo <br />floor below and keeps the surface smooth and level. <br />5.Crystallization <br />The crystallization process provides a high gloss finish on the marble/terrazzo surface. <br />Below are actual before and after projects completed by the SFM Floor Care Team. <br />Page 82 of 111 <br /> <br />
