It does not represent any dander or risk and does not interfere with
my neighbors' property. For this reason I.respectfully request of variance so my gazebo stays in place as built and
request to keep the gazebo within the property setbacks: rear setback and side setback.
I recently found out that the total Mount of green space to be held in a property is the 25%. My lot is 7,500 sqft
and currently I comply with the % of green space since I cannot count on the green spaces that correspond to
the city and are located in front of the property. The front green space has been establish d as is since the 1999
the date that I bought the house. I respectfully request to maintain the 2\% as is.
Thank you for your consideration
Sinc ly,
f
e'rnan Recal'de
Property Owner
(305)498-1123
Attaches:
23
