The date of termination shall be stated in <br />the notice. The City shall be the sole judge of non-performance. <br />More specifically, the City is in receipt of an unsigned email communication, <br />dated April 15, 2024, from iumepservices(c gmail.com, expressly stating <br />therein that "we regret to inform you in light of recent events, inadequate <br />support [sic] we will not continue to proceed with this contract ..." <br />As a result, since Jumep is unwilling to perform its obligations set forth in <br />the Contract Documents it is thereby in Default, and Jumep's Agreement <br />with City, Contract No. 2023-8656, is hereby terminated effective May 1, <br />2024. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
