BID TITLE: BID 19 -17 -12 -HR <br />BID NUMBER: ROOFING MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS <br />ITEM 46: Annual inspections of all roof types to be included in a Roofing Inspection Report. <br />Roofing Inspection and Report <br />The report will be comprehensive and include a quote for repairs formatted <br />in line with the contract. The quote shall identify emergency, remedial and <br />replacement cost. Report shall include but not be limited to the following: <br />1. All roofing inspection roofing numbering system shall <br />conform with the City of Sunrise building numbers. Vendor <br />shall coordinate the proper building numbers with the City <br />representative to ensure inclusion into the report. <br />2. Providing information of the roof (i.e. date of installation, <br />based on permitting documents, roof characteristics and <br />geometry, roof type, roof square footage, and any other <br />information that may be required). <br />3. Providing color images or photos, within the body of the <br />report, identifying the roofing area, condition, and <br />deficiencies that may require immediate attention. <br />4. Date of estimated need for replacement. <br />5.
