The quote shall identify emergency, remedial and replacement cost. Report shall <br />include but not be limited to the following: 1. All roofing <br />inspection roofing numbering system shall conform with the City of Sunrise building <br />numbers. Vendor shall coordinate the proper building numbers with the City representative to <br />ensure inclusion into the report. <br />2. Providing Information of the roof (i.e. date of installation, based on permitting <br />documents, roof characteristics and geometry, roof type, roof square footage, and any <br />other information that may be required). <br />3. Providing color images or photos, within the body of the report, identifying the <br />roofing area, condition, and deficiencies that may require immediate attention. <br />4. Date of estimated need for replacement. <br />5.
