Since then we have built a reputation of getting the job <br />completed for our customers with expeditious and excellent service. We hold State of Florida <br />unlimited general contracting, roofing licenses, and Dade county demolition licenses. We are a <br />family run company with Jeffrey and Suzanne Strump as the officers and share holders of the <br />company. We are certified as a small minority business. <br />We have completed many demolition projects for many municipalities. During our almost 30 years <br />in business we have demolished many structures including homes, offices, and libraries. One of our <br />first projects was in Aventura; we demolished a 40,000sf library for Dade County. More recently <br />we have demolished several structures for the city of North Lauderdale, Tamarac, Dade County, <br />Broward County, and the State of Florida. For Florida we demolished the old Pompano Farmers <br />market's offices. In Tamarac we demolished the Piccadilly cafeteria to make way for a new fire <br />station. In Dade County we have demolished hundreds of homes over the past years in their unsafe <br />structure program. We have also demolished large offices and a fire station for them. The city of <br />Miami Gardens has also had us demolish unsafe structures.
