Contract Clauses for Solicitation 47QSMD20R0001 Refresh Number 19 Contract Number: GS -07F -0031W <br />(3) Forces deployed in connection with United Nations or North Atlantic <br />Treaty Organization humanitarian or peacekeeping operations. <br />(f) Guidance regarding fair and reasonable rates for privately owned U.S.-flag commercial vessels may <br />be obtained from the Office of Costs and Rates, Maritime Administration, 400 Seventh Street, SW, <br />Washington, DC 20590, Phone: 202-366-4610. <br />52.215-21 REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFIED COST OR PRICING <br />DATA AND DATA OTHER THAN CERTIFIED COST OR PRICING <br />DATA — MODIFICATIONS (NOV 2021) (ALTERNATE IV — <br />OCT 2010) <br />(a) Submission of certified cost or pricing data is not required <br />(b) Provide data described below: [Insert description of the data and the format that are required, <br />including the access to records necessary to permit an adequate evaluation of the proposed price in <br />accordance with 15.403-3.] <br />(1) Information required by the clause at 552.238-82, Modifications (Multiple Award Schedule). <br />(2) Any additional supporting information requested by the Contracting Officer. The Contracting <br />Officer may require additional supporting information, but only to the extent necessary to determine <br />whether the price(s) offered is fair and reasonable. <br />(3) By submitting a request for modification, the Contractor grants the Contracting Officer or an <br />authorized representative the right to examine, at any time before agreeing to a modification, books, <br />records, documents, papers, and other directly pertinent records to verify the pricing, sales and other <br />data related to the supplies or services proposed in order to determine the reasonableness of price(s). <br />Access does not extend to ContractorAOa,,a ¢s cost or profit information or other data relevant solely <br />to the ContractorA¢a,,a„¢s determination of the prices to be offered in the catalog or marketplace. <br />552.238-116 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE FSS CONTRACT (MAR 2022) <br />(a) The Government may require continued performance of this contract for an additional 5 year <br />period. This option may be exercised up to three times. <br />(b) The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by providing written notice to the Contractor <br />30 days before the contract expires. <br />(End of Clause) <br />552.238-115 SPECIAL ORDERING PROCEDURES FOR THE <br />ACQUISITION OF ORDER -LEVEL MATERIALS (APR 2022) <br />(a) Definition. <br />"Order -level materials", as used in this clause, means supplies and/or services acquired in direct support <br />of an individual task or delivery order placed against a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract or FSS <br />blanket purchase agreement (BPA), when the supplies and/or services are not known at the time of <br />Schedule contract or FSS BPA award. The prices of order -level materials are not established in the FSS <br />contract or FSS BPA. Order -level materials acquired following the procedures in paragraph (d) of this <br />clause are done so under the authority of the FSS program, pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 152(3), and are not <br />open market items, which are discussed in FAR 8.402(f). <br />(b) FAR 8.403(b) provides that GSA may establish special ordering procedures for a particular FSS. <br />Page: 141 of 216 <br />228 <br />
