Contract Clauses for Solicitation 47QSMD20R0001 Refresh Number 19 Contract Number: GS -07F -0031W <br />books, documents, papers, and records involving transactions related to the contract for <br />overbillings, billing errors, and compliance with the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) and the Sales <br />Reporting clauses of the contract. <br />(10) Order -level materials are exempt from the following clauses: <br />(i) 552.216-70 Economic Price Adjustment - FSS Multiple Award Schedule Contracts. <br />(ii) 552.238-77 Submission and Distribution of Authorized Federal Supply Schedule <br />(FSS) Price Lists. <br />(iii) 552.238-81 Price Reductions. <br />End of clause <br />552.238-73 IDENTIFICATION OF ELECTRONIC OFFICE <br />EQUIPMENT PROVIDING ACCESSIBILITY FOR INDIVIDUALS <br />WITH DISABILITIES (MAR 2022) <br />(a) Definitions <br />"Electronic office equipment accessibility" means the application/configuration of electronic office <br />equipment (includes hardware, software and firmware) in a manner that accommodates the functional <br />limitations of individuals with disabilities so as to promote productivity and provide access to work <br />related and/or public information resources. <br />"Individuals with Disabilities" mean qualified individuals with impairments as cited in 29 U.S.C. <br />705(20) who can benefit from electronic office equipment accessibility. <br />"Special peripheral" means a special needs aid that provides access to electronic equipment that is <br />otherwise inaccessible to individuals with disabilities. <br />(b) The offeror is encouraged to identify in its offer, and include in any commercial catalogs and <br />pricelists accepted by the Contracting Officer, office equipment, including any special peripheral, that <br />will facilitate electronic office equipment accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Identification <br />should include the type of disability accommodated and how the users with that disability would be <br />helped. <br />End of clause <br />52.216-22 INDEFINITE QUANTITY (OCT 1995) <br />(a) This is an indefinite -quantity contract for the supplies or services specified, and effective for the <br />period stated, in the Schedule. The quantities of supplies and services specified in the Schedule are <br />estimates only and are not purchased by this contract. <br />(b) Delivery or performance shall be made only as authorized by orders issued in accordance with the <br />Ordering clause. The Contractor shall furnish to the Government, when and if ordered, the supplies or <br />services specified in the Schedule up to and including the quantity designated in the Schedule as the <br />"maximum." The Government shall order at least the quantity of supplies or services designated in the <br />Schedule as the "minimum." <br />(c) Except for any limitations on quantities in the Order Limitations clause or in the Schedule, there is <br />no limit on the number of orders that may be issued. The Government may issue orders requiring <br />delivery to multiple destinations or performance at multiple locations. <br />Page: 143 of 216 <br />230 <br />
