As part of the on- <br /> going Men House project, a new pedestrian gate was installed with the intent of maintaining the <br /> existing infrastructure. However, after reconnecting the existing card reader and extensive trouble <br /> shooting, it was determined that a replacement was required in order to restore full pre-construction <br /> functionality to the system. The original dollar contract amount includes a project <br /> contingency of $5,065.95. RCO#1 will be applied to the existing contingency balance of <br /> $4,608.45. Remaining contingency balance after RCO#2 is$3,096.88. <br /> NOTE: Unless specifically stated dearly elsewhere on this page, this contract amendment does NOT include an <br /> extension of time or grant any additional general conditions amounts.
