ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES: <br />This additional scope is for the design and construction document preparation for a <br />stage and stage roof and 2 canopies for the playground area. <br />1. Initial site visit to meet with the City officials, gather site information and pick up the <br />existing paper working drawings. <br />2. Incorporate the existing drawing information into the CADD files to aid in the design <br />of the project. <br />3. Composed Schematic Design (SD) of the new stage and stage roof and the new <br />canopies for the playground to be used for presentation to the City for their approval, <br />4. Develop the SD into the final working, (permit) drawings that will be submitted for <br />approval to the building department. <br />5. Assist in the procurement of all architectural permits. <br />6. Assist the City in the preparation of any changes needed to issue the drawings for <br />construction the bid documents. <br />V. MEP SERVICES: <br />The scope of services is amended to include: <br />Plumbing <br />• Provide new water service to restrooms. <br />• Provide new sanitary sewer to restrooms. <br />Mechanical <br />• Provide ventilation per code with exhaust fan. <br />Electrical <br />• Landscape lighting power. <br />The additional MEP services will also include the following: <br />1. Two (2) Coordination meetings with Client and City of Sunny Isles Beach to <br />establish the design criteria for electrical and site lighting. <br />2. Construction documents and specifications <br />3. Coordinate and conform to the applicable Building Codes and building departments. <br />VI. LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL <br />1. Hardscape Plans- that will include the layout, materials and finishes for walkways, <br />entry walls and sign, playground equipment selection and surfacing, furnishings, and <br />light fixture selection. We will prepare the necessary construction details for those <br />items as described above.
