Hines, NINIC, City Clerk <br />RE: Term in atio n/Rel ease of Public Pedestrian Access ( "Beach Access ") <br />Restrictive Covenant Relating to Golden Strand Condominium <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />This Resolution is presented for your consideration. <br />REASONS <br />Golden Strand Condominium ( "Golden Strand ") and the contract purchaser, GSF Acquisition, <br />LLC have requested the termination and release of the public pedestrian access ( "beach access ") <br />Restrictive Covenant as part of its site plan project for 17901 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles <br />Beach, Florida. The request is subject to the sale of the Golden Strand property to the contract <br />purchaser, GSF Acquisition, LLC. The Resolution is null and void if the sale of the Golden <br />Strand property fails to occur. <br />
