PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Action: Cheryl Williams,Executive Assistant to City Manager,led the Pledge of Allegiance <br /> to the flag. <br /> Mayor Edelcup gave opening remarks. <br /> A request to Add Item 6B. Discussion regarding City Commissioner Seat 3 vacancy, <br /> effective November 21, 2014. <br /> Action: Mayor Edelcup noted the above change to the agenda. Vice Mayor Aelion moved <br /> and Commissioner Scholl seconded a motion to approve the above change to the agenda. <br /> The motion was approved by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 3. ZONING: ZONING HEARINGS ARE QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br /> 3A. Request of Rugrats,LLC,for the Property Located at 332 189 Terrace, for the Following: <br /> (Hearing #Z2014-07) <br /> The Applicant is seeking approval for a conditional use to allow a Family Day Care for less <br /> than six (6) children. <br /> 1.
